The Group has been organized in 2009. The Group is basically organized to strengthen the ideology of Tonpa Shangrab Mgeochay a leading king of Bod religion. His mythological knowledge and leading role to the society. With the passage of time the group extended and participated more scholars and researcher to promote Balti culture and Balti language ( Agy).
